A subscriber is having a problem with Schoop

If you have a subscriber who is having problems with Schoop, please direct them to our website www.schoop.co.uk and the support button on the top right hand corner of the page.

There are a number of FAQ for users.

If none of them are applicable to your subscriber then they can request a support ticket through that page. They'll need to provide a couple of things:

  • Provide us with their Schoop ID,which can be found in My schoop, just under the school name.
  • Their device ID, this can be found in the settings tab, if they are an android user they will then need to click "About"
  • And a brief description of their problem.
